Choosing Between VMP-001 and VMP-002

Compare the documented differences, understand what power and dimensions can tell you, and check the information that matters before ordering.

Quick Answer

VMP-001 has a 150W rated power specification and measures 52.5 × 32 × 12 cm. VMP-002 is rated at 200W and measures 56 × 33 × 12 cm. Both have 99 adjustable levels, Bluetooth audio, a black remote and a 110V U.S. version. Compare the documented features and available space; confirm fulfillment and return terms before ordering opens.

What the power and level numbers tell you

VMP-002 has the higher listed rated power. Watts describe power; they do not specify vibration frequency or platform displacement. NIST’s unit reference distinguishes power in watts from frequency in hertz. A 200W label alone does not demonstrate a stronger workout, a higher user capacity or a better health outcome.

Both models have 99 adjustable levels. We do not have verified output measurements showing that the same numbered level produces the same motion on both. Choose a setting only as the exact model instructions direct.

Plan for the whole product and the space around it

VMP-001 has smaller listed overall dimensions. VMP-002 is longer and wider, with the same listed overall height. Those measurements describe the product body. They are not verified dimensions of the usable standing area, nor do they include operating clearances.

Measure your intended location, then check the model manual for its surface, clearance and storage requirements. A product fitting beneath a piece of furniture does not establish that it can be operated or stored there.

Make the choice in a practical order

  • Confirm suitability first. Obtain the correct manual and the maximum permitted user weight. We do not yet have verified capacity, vibration-frequency or displacement specifications for either model.
  • Check space. If the smaller overall body matters to your setup, start by reviewing VMP-001. If you are considering VMP-002, allow for its larger overall dimensions and the clearances in its manual.
  • Check ordering status and terms. Before placing an order when ordering opens, review the exact model’s availability, shipping cost, fulfillment estimate and return terms. Do not assume both models follow the same delivery schedule.
  • Compare the complete purchase. Check included items and any documented warranty terms. A warranty card in a picture does not establish the length or scope of coverage.

If your goal depends on a particular health or training result, these specifications are not enough to choose a model on that basis. This guide does not establish clinical superiority for either plate.
