How much do I pay to reserve?
When an active group is open for reservations, the fee is $5. It is applied toward the final purchase price. Reservations are currently closed.
When will I know the final price?
For an active group, the final price is locked at group close. Your final price can go down, never up. The recorded catalog floor is not a guaranteed future group offer.
Does my $5 count toward the purchase?
Yes. The $5 reservation counts toward the final purchase price. You pay the remaining balance within 5 calendar days after group close.
What if I do not complete the final payment?
If you choose not to complete the balance payment within the 5-calendar-day window, the $5 reservation is non-refundable.
What if the group does not reach the next tier?
The next price tier is not unlocked. The final price follows the achieved tier published for that group.
What if the merchant cannot fulfill the group?
If we cancel the group, cannot fulfill, cannot provide the product, or cannot complete the order for a platform-related reason, your $5 reservation is refunded in full.
When will my order ship?
Each future group must show its own delivery estimate before reservations open. VMP-002 has no immediate U.S. stock. Its estimated delivery must be confirmed before any future order.
